Custom parts, reviewed by a manufacturing engineer
CNC Machining & Sheet Metal Parts, Built to Your Drawing.
Upload your CAD file and receive a firm quote with DFM feedback. From one-off prototypes to production runs, your parts are inspected before shipment.
Quote in as little as 1 hour
ISO 9001:2015 certified
NDA available before upload
Quoted by engineers, not software. Tolerances, material, finish and inspection are checked with you before the price is committed.
Precision Parts. Endless Possibilities.

What do you need to decide today?
Pick the question that matches your project. You will go straight to the spec, the process or the engineer who can answer it.
I need to choose how this part should be made.
Compare machining, fabrication, printing and moulding.
I need a material for strength, heat or corrosion.
Review metals and plastics by application.
I need to know whether this tolerance is practical.
See defaults, achievable limits and inspection rules.
My drawing is ready. I need price and lead time.
Send what you have. An engineer will review the gaps.
One quote for the processes your part needs.
Send one drawing. If your part needs machining and fabrication, you get one quote — not three.
CNC Machining
Milling, turning, Swiss turning, EDM and grinding for metal and plastic parts.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, stamping and welding for enclosures, brackets and assemblies.
Know where your parts are made — and how they are checked.
Machining, sheet metal work, finishing and inspection are managed by the same engineering team. When audited partners provide extra capacity, finished parts return to our inspection process before shipment.
Our quality management system is certified (ISO 9001:2015, SGS certificate CN24/00004900). Ask us for the certified scope.
What buyers ask us before sending a drawing.
If any of these is holding your drawing back, here is the answer.
NDA before the first upload.
Use our mutual NDA or send yours. CAD files and project details are handled as confidential manufacturing data.
An engineer reviews every request.
Your material, finish, quantity and critical tolerances are checked before price and lead time are committed.
Inspection requirements are agreed before production.
Specify critical dimensions and required reports. The quote records what will be checked and delivered.
Prototype, bridge and repeat orders.
Start with one part or a pilot batch, then retain the approved process and inspection requirements for repeat production.
Four steps. One engineering contact.
You do not need a perfect RFQ. Send the drawing and requirements you have; missing information becomes a clear engineering question.
Upload your files
Send CAD, drawings, quantity, material and finish.
NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED
Review quote & DFM
Confirm manufacturability, price, lead time and inspection scope.
AS LITTLE AS 1 HOUR
Approve production
Your confirmed specifications become the production requirements.
LEAD TIME FIXED ON QUOTE
Inspect & ship
Parts are checked, documented as agreed, packed and dispatched.
5 RELEASE CHECKS
If your part looks like one of these, we can make it.
Prototypes and production runs both start the same way: send the drawing, get price and lead time.
Before your first order.
If your question is not here, ask an engineer — we answer before you commit to anything.
How quickly can ProleanTech quote a CNC machining project?
For a complete, straightforward request, an engineer can provide a firm quote in as little as one hour. Complex parts, assemblies or production programs may need additional review.
What files should I send for a manufacturing quote?
Send a 3D CAD model or a dimensioned drawing, plus quantity, material, finish and any critical tolerances. STEP, STP, IGES, SLDPRT, STL, DXF, DWG and PDF files are accepted.
What tolerance can ProleanTech hold?
Called-out features may be reviewed down to ±0.005 mm, depending on geometry, material, process and finish. The tolerance committed to your project is the value written on your quote.
Can I sign an NDA before sharing CAD files?
Yes. ProleanTech can sign your NDA or provide a mutual NDA before you upload drawings or project details.
Are inspection reports supplied with the parts?
Yes. Dimensional reports, material verification and surface roughness results can be agreed before production and delivered with the shipment.

Die Cast Industry: Status in 2026 and Trends by Segments
Die-casting is a process of creating metal components by forcing molten material into a reusable mold (called a die), where it fills the cavity and takes the shape upon solidification.

Turn a manufacturing brief into a controlled part definition
A production-ready request connects design intent to measurable acceptance criteria. Before process selection, freeze the model revision, the 2D critical-feature callouts, material condition, quantity band, and inspection evidence required at delivery.
Engineering data to lock before release
| Definition package | 3D model, 2D drawing, revision and datum scheme |
|---|---|
| Critical data | Dimensions, GD&T, surface texture and edge condition |
| Commercial data | Quantity breaks, target date and approved alternates |
| Acceptance record | Inspection plan, certificate and first-article need |
These fields are a drawing-review checklist, not a blanket statement of process capability.
